Management institute

Beginning this year, CETM will host a summer institute for minority-group arts management.  A core group of students will be joined by current workers from existing companies for bare-bones, no-nonsense training as self-producers.  The long-term goal is to create a wealth of shared knowledge. This will give rise to a qualified work force that can successfully help many different companies realize their full potential at once.

Le Spotlight

In an effort to promote the local live performance talent pool, CETM will sponsor an annual talent competition in conjunction with CETM’s summer management institute.  Le Spotlight will not only create a buzz of its own but also provide real-world work opportunities for our trainees to put into practice what they have learned at CETM.
